Toe Tapping
I do so love music. Tonight we hit FYE and I hit the jackpot. They've started buying and reselling CD's, which is a good thing for us poor church mice. I've seen The Chieftains several times on some of the morning shows, but never had any of their recordings...until now! I saw them on a show one day, along with Bela Fleck, whose name I'd heard but whose music I wasn't familiar with. The CD I bought is 'The Chieftains-Down The Old Plank Road-The Nashville Sessions.' Apparently half of Nashville's country stars recorded with the Chieftains. There's Martina McBride, Bela Fleck, Vince Gill *drool*, Lyle 'thisiswhatyourhairlookslikewhenyoustickyourfingerinalightsocket' Lovett, Alison Krauss, Ricky Skaggs and a few others. It's sort of an eclectic mix of Ireland meets Nashville music, and I kinda like it. I also bought 2 cassettes, 1 of Big Band music and 1 of Elvis. Now yah know this had to be rounded out nicely with...a Don Ho CD. Yes, you read that correctly, that says Don Ho. Don't ask, k? But the best...the very, very best is.......A NEW KENNY WAYNE SHEPERD CD!!!! Yeah, yeah, I know Ledbetter Heights has been out for a little while, but I didn't have it. I just can't say enough good things about his music. The only thing wrong with this CD is that Noah Hunt wasn't his lead singer at the time this album was made. WAHHHH!

First of all, Vince Gill can park his golf clubs in my hen house any time he wants. Secondly, you don't know who Don Ho is? Tiny Bubbles? Good googly moogly, what planet are YOU from, my good chap?
As far as people finding me, I'm more used to people trying to lose me, but hey...it's a thing.

I'll probably wait until Jess goes back to school before I fool with it again. Right now we're having major issues with the Madagascar PS2 game. I bought her one last night but it didn't work. We exchanged it today, and this one isn't working either. She's in tears, and to top it off, she has a dental appt. in 8 minutes. Now yah see where the Chaos, Panic and Disorder comes from. bwaaaaahahahaha!
Wait a minute now! Somehow I got off track, and when I read your comment I couldn't figure out who in the world Vince was. It just hit me, duh. Whatever Vince may have had done from the neck down is of no matter to me. Or maybe I should say waist down. I just wanna look at his purdy face and smile, and listen to his voice. So there.
